The GrigioPerla Swim Boxer is equal parts tight swim-trunk and laidback board-short. The board-short genes are clear: 100% Polyester front and back panels, water-draining back pocket, full mesh lining, and Velcro-secured fly front. However, what makes these trunks truly special are the smatterings of Spandex throughout: the side panels are made from a Poly/Spandex blend, as is most of the waistband, ensuring a closer, more streamlined fit from your typically baggy swimming trunk. The moderately short hem (4 1/8-inch inseam, 11 ¼-inch outseam) is a classically sexy look that is all the rage this season. Style accents include a metal designer-logo tag on the hem of the left leg and contrast-piping along the edges where board-short and swim-brief collide.
