Conceived in Water Mill, New York, Solid & Striped strives for elegance and simplicity. Its swimwear collections are made of the finest globally sourced fabrics for a spontaneous, leisurely life.

Founder Isaac Ross and co-creator Morgan Curtis wanted to offer an understated alternative to trendy and often unflattering swimwear dominating the market and built Solid & Striped into a lifestyle brand for young people who love to travel. When designing women's clothing, they strive to create a product that is modern but wouldn't feel out of place 40 years ago.

In 2018, Solid & Striped launched Swim Team, a special swimwear collection designed by 13 supermodels, including Lily Aldridge, Jourdan Dunn, and Josephine Skriver, where each Solid & Striped swimsuit embodies the unique personality and aesthetic sensibilities of its designer.
